Can anyone identify this flag?

I've seen several flying on cars in our parking lot.
It's red on the bottom and white on the top, like a Polish flag. Then in the white area there's some sort of red crest or coat of arms.

Very heavy Polish population there; although I can't say I've ever seen a Polish flag with the description you gave.

It's a Polish flag, and used for certain occasions. Many countries have more than one flag they use, depending on the circumstance, and depending on the party using the flag.
