25. I've had it on my player for AGES.
My fav is Red Rover - the guitar work is so intricate, I have to listen to it over and over just to get all the fingering in my head.

My older sister had all of Elton's albums when they were brand spanking new. Do you know what kind of warped effect that album cover had on my young and impressionable mind? ;-)

24. It has that effect on my old, impressed mind!
It's one of the few albums I've purchased in all formats - vinyl, 8-track (blush), cassette and CD.

I remember 8 track!! Never owned a player, but I do have albums I have bought in every other format. I still have old vinyl that says "Also available in 8-track and cassette" in the liner notes. :-)

12. Harrison and the Allmans!
2nd Set! Good to know you are familiar with the great 90's incarnation of the ABB. Duane will always be the best, but Warren Haynes is wonderful, and his participation in the band is worthy of Duane's legacy.

Their 12 minute "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" is one for the ages. As is their "Jessica" on that disc. Had to put Sugar Ray in there to keep wife/daughter from strangling me.

'Axis' is my favorite hendrix album, and I love Winter. Saw him once in a small dive back in the 80's, and he ripped my hide off. Son House is a giant.
