Well maybe, but there has been a festering situation with someone in my life that has been very high drama. I have kind of kept most of it to myself, in the effort to go along so I can get along.

I spoke to someone else related to the situation tonight and found out that I have not been alone in my feelings about the situation, and wow, what a burden that was lifted from me tonight. I really had no idea how much the situation was weighing me down until I talked to A.

Now I am practically manic, from the burden being lifted.

I have been seeing a counselor about it. It makes me very anxious at times. I hope that is not happening to you any more.

I did speak up about some of it today. It still makes me feel like I am crazy and overreacting at times.

We all have a right to our feelings. Even if you were alone in this, that does not necessarily make you crazy. It means you need to find a way to cope with it. It sounds like you did. Good for you!
