Edited on Wed Mar-04-09 10:10 AM by LaraMN
It stresses me out.
If I consider the possibility that there are infinite versions of me living an infinite number of realities, then I have an infinite number of selves to worry about.

Last night MrLara was watching some science-y show about parallel universes and I kept telling him to turn the show the hell off, because it was making me worry that in some parallel universe my kids were getting into trouble and parallel me wasn't stopping them.

One life is enough, for crying out loud.
Why can't we just watch porn or something at bedtime?

5. Yeah but
in one of those universes you're getting it all right. Your kids are going to win Nobel Prizes and you're going to eradicate evil as well as combine quantum mechanics with the theory of relativity allowing you to dissolve all the other dysfunctional universes leaving just the perfect one full of happiness and light. :-) It's all gonna be good.
