4. well if I won the lottery, I KNOW where my husband would want to go.
He dreams of a house near/in/on/ a cave. One thing for certain it would be very cool in summer. Not so sure about winter though

5. Wow. They put 50% down and financed the rest in a FIVE-YEAR BALLOON NOTE.
The balloon is set to burst on May 1, and this is why they are selling. I cannot imagine what 50% of that total mortgage must be.

6. That's a really nice place.
If I suddenly got rich, it would need an elevator or lift. It would need to be big enough to become a DU retreat. There's no way I'd live there alone. :P
