It may not be my cup of tea, but they have some talent.

I think a lot of people on DU are just old or have a tin ear. Like the whining about American Idol and how they are just karaoke singers, there are some good singers that show up on that show.

26. I thought that the last song wasn't bad,

though whenever I've heard them before they've sucked. But I'm glad to see them doing well because I love rock and it seems that there isn't all that much rock on the radio, or the charts, any more. I'm just glad someone (even them) is getting kids liking/listening to rock again. From my observation, most young'uns are have been listening to hip hop (instead of rock) for a number of years now, and I cannot stand hip hop music. Long live rock!

I think Kelly Clarkson is talented, Aly & AJ talented, Michelle Branch talented, TV On The Radio talented.. it's subjective. I even think Katy Perry and Jonas Brothers have talent - they just need to break away next time a bit from the generic. I don't think Britney Spears is very talented, but she does a few irresistible songs.
