How do YOU keep your stainless steel pans sparkly clean

1. i just hand wash them and they always look like new.

i switched over to stainless because my husband wrecked my non stick anodized aluminum so stainless i know even he can't kill.

and they still look a bit tarnished, clean but a bit tarnished.

maybe I should try to get a pic to show what it looks like, it isnt bad, just not as sparkly as it was when new.

16. I wouldn't use SOS pads

They'll scratch pretty badly.

I agree with the poster who's advocated Barkeeper's Friend. I thought Comet was good enough, but BKF is a whole different world. I daresay it'll get those marks off your stainless.

18. Baking soda and a damp cloth

Cheaper and rinses better than the commercial cleaners.
Works great on my collection of old-skool, ginuwine, made-in-the-USA Revere Ware.
Also good on ceramic, Pyrex, etc. (feldspar can scratch glass)
