They issued an Amber Alert here for some reason.
For Cass County, ND and Clay County, MN.

I haven't heard about any abductions on the news. I'm wondering, how soon can they issue one after a child is declared abducted???

2. They only issue them if they think a child is in very serious danger.
They are taking major flack over the Carlie Brucia case (the little girl in Florida who was recently kidnapped, raped, and murdered) because they didn't issue one soon enough. :(

3. Turns out the abduction didn't even happen here.
It happened in Rolette, ND. That's over 150 miles northwest of here almost on the Canadian border.
