So a man I've never met before slipped me some tongue today...

and he said, "don't worry, its cooked".

(He was using it to train his dog and said I should try it with my dog.) The idea of eating tongue makes me queasy, but my dog seemed to really like it.

I have a real problem with pigs' ears. Don't think I could do tongue!

but he LOVES sausage and hot dogs (and steamed dumplings) so I imagine it would go over pretty well.
