The Tough Love of all CAPTIONS!!!


W. is "thinking" and talking to himself, "You bet I got an idea about Medicare and health care for the elderly. First we gotta make sure all homes have two-stories in them, so everyone can take the old ones upt to the top of the staircase in a wheelchair, and then you just get behind them and. . . well . . . We'd sure save a bundle, that's for certain! Wow."
