Epidemic: Crack is back on the streets of New York

Not talking about the kind you put in a pipe and smoke. Talking about the kind that comes from wearing low-riding jeans and thongs or no underpants at all. (You know what I'm talking about, matcom.)

It used to be that crack was something to be ashamed of, something to keep covered up. But there's a major crack infestation going on especially among men and women in their 20s across all socio-economic and ethnic groups. I've seen more crack on the street in the last year than I've seen in my lifetime--and that's including visits from repairmen.
