My Grandmother lost her hearing aid today
We were looking all over the house for it..her bedside, her chair where she watches TV. My Grandmother prayed to St.Anthony..

Then we finally found it..it was in my Grandmother's EAR!!! The battery died and she thought it wasn't there because she couldn't hear.

My Grandparents are always good for a laugh.

1. St. Anthony is the bomb...

(and this just doesn't happen to old people)

Sometimes small children will flush them down a toilet, or your cat will eat them.

4. I had a senior throw away a hearing aid of mine
because he thought it was an empty peanut shell. I had to dive through the trash to get it back.

5. Love them both as much as you can
My Grandma died Nov. 2nd, 3 years after my Grandpa. I miss her terribly and wish she was still here.
She was almost 91, but we thought she had many more years left with us.

Love your Grandparents and see them often. :hi:

6. Oh, I totally do
We share a duplex and I rent from them. My Uncle is going to move in my place and I am going to move upstairs of my Grandparent's place. It's a downgrade but I can at least keep a closer eye on my Grandparents.

We are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary this Sunday.
