1. That sounds incredibly good
I've got most of a case of Miller Genuine Draft (in the bottles, 'cause I spared no expense) ans some three day old Cheezits, which are goingto have to substitute for both baguette and cheese.

7. Oh yum...reminds me of the all-too-brief time I spent in France many
years ago; fresh bread every morning, white cheddar cheese from New Zealand at the little fromagerie, and wine, of course. It was the best.

I'd substitute a nice dark ale or porter for the wine but the rest sounds good. For weekend lunches, I often have an apple and sharp cheddar. Yum! I like Tillimook's aged white super sharp cheddar in the black wrapper. I grew up on Tillimook sharp -- it was mom's favorite.
