This is what he came up with. I'm impressed.

I Am

I am nice, and tall
I wonder if I could fly
I hear the towers ringing
I see a bunch of pigs
I want a friend
I am nice and tall

I pretend I'm blind
I feel that I'm shaking
I touch my pillow
I worry that I will be robbed
I cry because it hurts
I am nice, and tall

I understand that my house has to be clean
I say I'm too tired
I dream that I'm a giant
I try to make my tongue touch my nose
I hope Santa thinks I've been good
I am nice, and tall

2. Yes, he's definitely feeling better.

He's supposed to be going out to visit Grandma for a couple of days before Christmas, if we can find someone to give us a ride out to take him there. He's still not allowed to lift anything heavy, or push/pull/hang from things until we see his Ped doctor, but otherwise, he's fully recovered.
