8. Pretty Much The Same Thing With Me... Except...
I'm definitely a "lightweight" when it comes to alcohol. Even though I'm 180lbs, I have the tolerance of a thirteen year old. Two cocktails and I'm no-good for driving. Three and I'm happy, giddy, giggling (and thinking that I can SING and DANCE better than anyone). Any more than than (in rapid succession) and I'm starting to feel sick.

Last time I was drunk I tried to get someone to physically fight me, which is atypical for me (in "real life" I'm a short chubby gal who is shy in groups). I was only half kidding - a combination of angry and melancholy. So I've abstained for the past few weeks. Unfortunately I am rarely a happy drunk.

11. Very happy and I wont shut up.
Opps thats me sober too.
I dont drink often. The last time I did I was 22 miles from home.
Hubby still teases me about pulling the plug wire off the car and calling a towtruck for a tow home after my last drunken bout.

14. Generally negative, but stages
Being mildly drunk can be positive. I usually am more talkative and uninhibited with 1-3 drinks. After that, drinking is a negative thing for me. Depending on things, I usually get sad or angry. I am easily offended. I'll usually feel ill too.
I really don't like getting drunk anymore now that I've discovered pot, which is generally a positive experience for me.

16. You forgot other....
for me, when I "turned the corner" drinking as it were, I became the BEST DANCER ON THE PLANET! Oh yeah..all 5'6" of me shakin' it like no other. I was gooooooood too. NOT! There is nothing worse than seeing a shot little white guy with NO rythym dancing like he had it all.

What a fool I was......ahhhhhh, to be young and stupid again. Now I am middle age and stupid without the booze.

18. happy but tired
Plus I've built up a university liver so have quite a high tolerance, only ever drink on a full stomach though and only if I'm going clubbing. Also I don't usually feel as though I'm ddrunk, only when I wake up and realise what I've done the night before.

This is why I limit my intake of alcohol. I like to be more on an even keel.

46. March 2, 1836
The date when Texans told the Mexicans they wanted to be free. April 21, 1836, Santa Anna's defeat at San Jacinto. 1836-1845, Texas is its own Republic with embassies in Washington, London and Paris...

Bleh...too cloudy and gross to play golf. :-(

47. I figured it was something to do with Mexico but..
..you know how Texans are - they may really think they're independent of the rest of us! :-)

the weather is ugly here too today, raining a bit.

If you're bored you can come here and take my place in the meeting with the marketing snots I have to go to in a few minutes. I love listening to them tell us that we can re-release a Windows 3.1 app for XP!! AND WHY NOT??? Don't we developers know how to do anything??? So, I should be quite cheery when I return in a few hours.

Enjoy your day!
