Post your wierdest habit here...
Mine is my fan. I must have a fan going 24/7 around me. I also have a travel fan in which I will pack in a suitcase and fly with it. Better than taking a chance on not having one. I know pretty strange but that is why I am DEMMAN

3. Wife and I have the same habit
It started with my having Tinnitus and wanting white noise. Then my wife needs it to drown out my snoring. We ALWAYS travel with a fan, preferably a loud one.

4. Generallly in any situation..
I like to have a good field of view around a room. I prefer to not have my back to anyone, etc. If I have a choice in a restaurant, I would choose to sit where I could see as much of the room as possible.

I of course recognise it as a paranoid compulsion so I just try to do it when I can and not freak out when I can't.

8. Mafioso never sit with their back to the door.
Don't you remember the scene in the Godfather where they came in and whacked the guy right there in the restaurant? My brother recounted the scene in the movie when I was too young to go to such a violent movie. Now, thirty years later, the first thing I think of when I come into a restaurant is where the door is.

10. LOL yeah..
there is that..

Even before I had seen stuff like that though. I usually prefer to stand and "guard" a room. Watching and waiting.. looking for any combat. I know.. I am a loon.

5. Kinda have a similar one going myself...
I need to have air moving when I'm sleeping. It's really hard for me to sleep in a completely still room, I find it stifling. Maybe low-grade claustrophobia?

6. Retractable pens.
I can't stop clicking them, if one is in my hand. Drives my co-workers bat-shit insane.

15. Can't sleep unless I have a pillow *on top* of my head.
I'm generally claustrophobic, but I like the feeling of being kinda buried when I sleep.

It's tough to do when the weather warms up!

16. So very very many
food issues...x(

Foods MAY NOT touch (exceptions for things that belong together, such as soups, salads, spaghetti/sauce etc)...NEVER are 2 different meats to be eaten together (i.e. club sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, etc), with the *possible* exception of pizza (as long as it's all pork), but as I detest meat on pizza that's not so much an issue for me as it is for people who are eating with me. Certain foods are just not allowed with others. Period. Like, you CAN NOT EVER, have chicken and eggs together. EVER. Ist verboten. (Chicken omlette. I know people who eat this!!) Some food colors or textures shouldn't be eaten together; like at Thanksgiving, it's all I can do not to hurl when people have mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes on the same plate, even if they're not touching.

I could go on for hours.

And yes, I do own, and use whenever needed, divided plates. :D
