2. The fun in wine is discovery...
As in, discovering the subtle differences between grape varieties, growing region and the winemaker's style.
Why would I want to drink the same swill every day?

Nothing more than an expensive toy. There are other ways to do it at home for less money.

3. Or you could just buy a house with a winepress already built into it - like I did
Of course I don't think that press has been used since like 1940 but it's there in my basement

5. My father-in-law designed on into their new house a few years ago
Of course I discovered a corkless bottle on top of my kitchen cabinet once (the wine had evaporated)
and another bottle exploded in someone's trunk

to which my father-in-law matter of factly remarked "Oh no, you should expose my wine to light or heat"

:scared:

He's more sophisticated than to flavor it with Jolly Rogers candy though

He doesn't put the stuff in that stops or retards it from fermenting or whatever it does

13. Yeah... that's why you let it age in a container with an airlock for a while BEFORE you bottle it.
:P

I thought it was something you might wear on your head so that wine
is available throughout the day!

12. Bah, I just need a lined tank with an airlock and I'm good.
Right now I'm just doing one gallon batches so I'm using glass carboys.
