mom took me to the mall, where we met up with my sis....I had to return something. two minuttes into the mall I freaked.......shaking sweating through my very cute outfit.....sweat pouring down my face. My sis bought me an iced coffee and went to find my mom. I mangaged to return my clothes and the girl at pac sun wanted to to talk at length about my tats and show me all hers........freaking oot. Finally got the fuck out of there and am home having a beer, which my mom bitched about, but she is not the one about to drop dead of panic! Hate hate hate this.

maxed out on what I can take, therapy every week....they are thinking Im misdiagnosed for the last ten years.....thinking somethng more severe than bipolar, but of course the agoraphobia is correct;
