3. I'd be happy to see that happen. Even if they had to beat the Red Sox in the Series to

do it. We New Englanders have had our long years of suffering relieved, and it would be great for the Cubs' fans to feel that way, at long last.

I guess I'm not a "real sports fan" because if the Red Sox play the Cubs in the Series, I'll be rooting for the Cubs, even though I'm a New Englander.

My primary team is the Giants, but they've had it too many times. Bonds is great, but needs to cycle off the roids for a while.


The Cubs should have it this year - they are a TEAM this year! I was watching them play, not a single star power player, but the team itself is a star....
