4. Better than some homemade I've had -- and cheap to boot!
REAL cheese, not processed, with THREE kinds of shredded cheese on top, which makes a nice crust!!!!

14. Midlo stuck me with the bill at the Maggianno's in Richmond once
After she and Haruka ran up a huge bar bill drinking mojitos and Chardonnay (the place had no Franzia, alas). She claimed to have "forgot" her credit card at home. Whatever.*

OOOO -- we've never had a flamewar together: let's go!

*She wrote me a check out to cover the bill, but that makes the story suck.

Edited on Tue Aug-12-08 07:32 PM by mwdem
My kids kind of grew up in S. Jersey. My daughter graduated from Rutgers, and my poor son went from Middle School in Cherry Hill to High School in Kansas. Total cultural shock. He never got over it, and is still a Jersey Boy at heart, blonde hair, blue eyes and all. Btw, I'm from Greensboro, N.C., and still have family there and in Charlotte. We gotta get together, girl! Oh, and my son was born in Va. Beach. We've been around...

I even went to college there! My parents live near Boone now. If same sex marriage was recognized in NC, we'd live there -- probably around Boone or Greensboro.

I grew up about 30 minutes south of Cherry Hill.

98. I was just talking about Wildwood at work yesterday!
The people up here go to Long Branch, LBI, Pt.Pleasant, Seaside Heights, etc. Not teh REAL places like Wildwood and Ocean City.

When I was a kid, every summer right before school started, my grandmother would take me and my cousins to WW. We could go on as many rides as we wanted to, and always ended the day with ice cream waffle sandwiches and skee ball.

Not too exciting, but that's the story I told yesterday.

56. Funny...I always thought that you couldn't see "Ignored"?
But hey....too much of the Kraft stuff makes you hallucinate, so I'm told....

All those additives and shit...nothing pure like those "St.Trader Joe's" offerings!     Ah, Virginia....you always make me crack up!

By the way...Kraft macaroni and cheese with a few sliced-up hot dogs is food of the gods....especially on a budget! :toast:

so bad for you ( loads of sodium...the worst thing you can put excess in your body )
