Does anyone else find it funny you can purchase 190 proof Everclear in Utah, but not California?

12. Did you know that pure ethyl alcohol dilutes itself?

The pure alcohol we used in chem labs had to be kept in airtight containers--not to prevent its evaporating, but to prevent its pulling water out of the air and diluting itself coincidentally to 190 proof.
