TV sucks
Over 60 channels to chose from and the best show on is Hogan's Heroes. I wish for the old days when we had 3 networks to chose from and something worth watching and it was FREE.

1. That's why I turned mine off several years ago.
Now if I want to watch something I download it, watch it, and delete it. Easier, and a hell of a lot cheaper.

I don't even OWN a TV any more.

2. I pay over $50 a month for cable and there is
nothing to watch and the f-----g cable company sends me an ad everyday to sign up for digital. Why in the hell would I pay $100 a month for even more garbage programing?

3. Your "programming" is obviously malfunctioning.

Congratulations!

4. If its not on Sportscenter I pretty much dont watch it.
Really, seriously, I watch like 3 shows on regular TV (Heroes, LOST, and Family Guy) but everything else is either on cable or sports.

5. Springsteen: 57 Channels (And Nothin' On)

I get my channels free and over the air and with hdtv I can get about 12 of them, including 5 PBS channels. At the moment though I am watching "Serenity" on my front projector on a 7' screen as i surf the web.

8. That's why I gave up on cable and satellite tv (aside from saving $60 a month).
I had all of these channels and I was continually surfing through them for something good to watch. When I found something I would watch until a commercial and then surf to another channel. I would get interested in that one and forget about the first and as a result I would never seem to watch a complete program. Now with only about a dozen channels I usually find something to watch. Either that or watch a dvd on the big, big screen.

7. I have never owned my own TV
and the only reason I would get one is if I got a game console that would need a TV.

Although I might just get a TV tuner for my computer or an adaptor for my monitor so I could hook it up to my monitor instead... :P
