10. It sounds like he feels more "at home" there than you think he has a right to.

Living with people, even part time, in order to provide care can foster a sense of familial entitlement, (deserved or not!) and this could lead to this sort of inappropriate acting out.

The ex's role and status may need to be more clearly defined and a level of formality re-introduced into the arrangement.
