What kind of operation are you people running? Get your act together if you want to make tourists feel welcome. x(

I would've liked to have met SeattleGirl (if she's still in Seattle- you know how nicknames can change) but I was a passenger, and couldn't choose the situations and schedule. Cheers to a lovely town and people (I remember the Elliot Bay Bookstore as being much larger for some reason).

Is it just me or is the current "in" look for men a dark fleece jacket, shorts, sneakers, and a baseball cap on backwards?

Edit: Spllng

2. :)
I'd expected there to be Starbuck's agents wandering the streets with tanks of caf/decaf strapped to their backs, dispensing caf to all tourists through attached coffee hoses...but I was robbed of such amenities :(

Washingtonians are fairly intense about their coffee. My lovely SO lives in Central Washington. There are maybe 5000 people in her area. I can think of 5 coffee places just off the top of my head. I know it's also a touristy area, but damn!
