1. i've given them more kindness
ok, honestly, that's me being idealistic, but it's what i strive to do.

usually, i blow up, and then, apologize and discuss the situation immediately after blowing up.

I just wait a few years for that person to self destruct in a big way. It works every time. So far I'm like 8-0 in situations like this.

And, when they do, it's usually so deep, thorough, and permanent.

some people interpret kindness as a sign that you are a sucker who doesn't mind being taken advantage of.

On edit: That doesn't really answer your question. I haven't figured out how to deal with them yet.
