2. Very cool
I'm surprised they didn't use the shot from season 3 of Adama taking Galactica down into New Caprica's atmosphere and then jumping away right before impact - one of the coolest shots ever. Still - cool vid. :)

6. I was thinking the same thing.
That was one of the most awesome effects ever.

7. Regarding that scene

I wish Galactica had fallen in a much less controlled manner, and started to head down engines first and maybe flip upside down. Just to add some drama, I doubt something in built space and never designed to see atmosphere would fall so perfectly, even as heavy as it is.

8. Okay, I didn't know who Bear McCreary was until I looked at the comments.
Listening to it and knowing Philip Glass' style, that's what I thought I was listening to ;)
I haven't seen Naqoyqatsi yet, so was thinking this was lifted from that movie, seeing as its theme was war and technology.

Still, nicely edited piece. :)

So, when's the final episode airing, anyway? "Soon" doesn't cut it :P
