I swear my cats were playing the "stop touching me!" game today.
Anybody who has had siblings probably knows this game..This morning the two cats hat been chasing each other and wrestling when Smokie, the larger cat plunked herself down on the floor in exhaustion. Sophie, her sister wasn't quite so tired and was sitting looking down at her..Smokie looked really irritated (ears back, tail swishing..)..So Sophie simply reached out with her paw and gently patted Smokie's leg..which got an irritable swipe in return from Smokie..I swear to god it was Sophie saying "ha ha..I'm touching you" and Smokie saying "stop that you brat!"
I so wish I could have gotten a picture

1. mine have been playing the "you are in my spot" game lately
and for some reason my OLD cat has been streaking through the house about once a day, for no apparant reason. He just runs full board, all out through the family room, up the hall, down the hall and back into the kitchen, Then sedately walks by and goes to bed.

2. this stuff
THIS stuff is why I can't imagine having just one cat (or just one pet, whatever kind) the silly games they play together are so cute! :loveya:

One of ours is declawed (we inherited her) so I try to keep the points cut off the other cats' nails so when they're playing it's just like they're slapping each other, little love-slaps I think.
