I don't know how in-depth it will be. I've used it before, but that was a long time ago. I'm not worried, I'm a fast learner. :)

1. Assets = Liabilities + Owners equity. Hell, that just blurted out. I have no idea.

2. Very user friendly

write checks, complete a check image on the screen.

The setup is going to dictate how you use it. Example - accounts payable? Accounts receivable? Job? Payroll?

You shouldn't have any trouble with the software, just be sure you know what features are being used.

4. Make sure

that you write checks through the "pay bills" function and when you handle deposits, use the receivables function. Otherwise, they never clear out completely...

5. It can be annoying as hell to build a software interface to.

But I give a less than .25% chance that you're going to being doing that though.

6. Try to make sure your boss has recorded things into it correctly

the previous 12 years the company has been in business before you started working there. VERY helpful tip there, miss. :eyes:
