Poll question: Does this make me a Pro?

I actually sold some of my photography this past weekend! I have one gallery and a furniture store that wants to display (and sell $$$) my work.



Am I a pro?
Can I call myself a photographer now?



BTW ~ I also print and matt all of the small pieces myself.

I am soooo tired! I set up (and took the down each night) a display of my work from 7:30 to 4:30 for the past 3 days.

It was really great watching the faces of folks as they viewed my art.

We discussed the locations of my shots, my camera, my printer and my Jeep.

I had one of my pieces printed on canvass (20" x 24") by two different labs. I want to compare their work as I may be able to save 1/3 of the printing cost by using a non-local print lab.

I'm really excited about this. Yesterday, after getting home from showing pieces for the day, I was laying on the ground taking pictures of flowers growing in my yard. I didn't want to cut 'em.

I shot 137 pics of a black bear invading my back yard on Saturday evening. I'll be displaying a few of those shots on my next outing. :)

It's still sitting in the closet, awaiting a trip to this place. Both bodies have problems — the transport mechanism in one, and I forget what's wrong with the other.

Even a workhorse lasts only so long when you beat the hell out of it for years on end. :(
