I like the one who needs dental work the best -- but it's actually pretty sad -- is she looking for a dentist to trade XXX for dental work?

"Attention dentists: I am a 21 year old woman who has been very ill for 7 years. I am finally starting to see improvements in my health, however as a result of my illness my teeth have gone to crap. I'm thinking if we were modest with the procedure I would only need 4 lumineers in my top teeth, the bottom teeth I can deal with because of lack of funds.
