Well I sent off a copy of my Certificate of Group Health plan coverage

to CIGNA today. Also with a note expressing the fact that since I have had that coverage since Jan 07 and there is no 63 day gap (what it says on the letter HIPAA requires) that I should NOT be treated as having a "pre existing condition" per HIPAA law.
Lets see what the bastards come back with to try to avoid paying my claims...:grr:
