1. Yeah, that is frustrating

It seems to only happy to me if I hit Ctrl-N for new browser, or select New Browser from the File menu. If I open another copy of IE using the Start Menu or the desktop icon, I don't get that message.

That's getting a little tiresome to see, too, some threads have several deleted posts in a row. Either people aren't following the rules or other people are getting too uptight and are getting a little too trigger-happy with the alert button.
