best "find me a job" web site?
I'm on Jobfox. I'm getting ready to go to Monster (ugh - unless they've updated it from 18 mos ago, i hate that site). Career Builder doesn't work for me; i'm an admin/secretarial drone. The Washington Post's site doesn't work very well -- unless, again, they've updated it.

Any suggestions?

1. use more than one
In wisconsin there used to be a site that was tied to the workforce developement folk
(state run employment thing) that from time to time was pretty good.
Are there community newspapers in your area?
sometimes employers will advertise in something that is smaller and more local because the metro paper is just too damn expensive and around here, if you advertise locally you can avoide an application from a person of color....but that is another topic.
Have you looked into the local networking group called linkedin.
They are growing around here. Supposed to be good at this kind of thing, but I
do not have personal experince with that.
Do you know any chamber of commerce memebers? Around here the local chambers have networking breakfasts on a bimonthly basis. I have heard of a lot of jobs announced at those things that never make it onto a web site.

good luck and keep on flogging it!!!!!!!!!

2. Indeed
http://www.indeed.com/

It's a search engine that hits all the sites. Highly recommend.

And GOOD LUCK!!

3. The best by far is indeed.com
It's a meta search engine. Good luch. Also try craigslist.com. Some companies who are looking for younger employees only post there.
