This one slipped by the "License Plate Censors" apparently.
Spotted this on a Vanity Tag yesterday.

I know they screen them and try to keep "profanity" off state issue.

But gee Louis! How did somebody miss that?

from Sri Lanka and your want plates with your call sign on them. Something like 4Q2MAN.
