are there any vets on DU???

I need advice. Please don't say to call a vet. I don't have that option. I am currently living in Korea and my cat had surgery today. They sent him home with me one hour after surgery. He seems to have gotten weaker instead of stronger. It's been 8 hours since surgery. He had a lump removed from his back. He will eat treats but won't drink and is very cold and his eyes are still dilated. Is this normal?

I am sorry if this is incoherent rambling. I am scared and I have no professionals to turn to. No one for advice.
