Okay, Glengarry Glen Ross.
I am SO late to the party on this one, but I just watched it for the first time and... WOW! I love these kinds of movies: very tight camera shots, minimal locations, great lighting, incredible dialogue. Numerous Oscar winning or Oscar nominated stars. It was really good, but I knew the spoiler once I got ten minutes into the movie! :applause:

8. I couldn't finish watching it
I dunno why it got such great reviews, I guess I'm missing something though, 'cause people here seem to like it too.

9. I love that film. It's a rough ride but it's so well done.
I may have read somewhere that some of the dialogue is in iambic pentameter. That might not be correct.

11. Fair enough. I can't hang with dark stuff anymore so I don't know if I'd still be able to enjoy it.

13. Great film
Yeah, it's a train wreck, but it's a fascinating train wreck. Forget Pacino: Jack Lemmon and Alan Arkin. These men can fucking ACT! Okay, Lemmon chews the scenery a bit, but I like that anyway. Juicy roles, great dialogue. Mamet annoys me sometimes, being to cheesy, too cute or hamfisted, but he's at the top of his game with this one. My mother worked in real estate, and I've seen people treat her like this.

"Second prize is a set of steak knives."

14. My job is like that in some ways.
It's part "Office Space", part "Glengarry Glen Ross".

No Alec Baldwin screaming at us though. :D
