and then I can't access the material because it's only a link to youtube.

Youtube doesn't do closed captioning and I can't hear. Please, people, can't you at least post a small syopsis? Please?

1. In the lounge or in political videos ?

I once tried to to do a transcript for someone who had only a modem and couldn't download big clips.

I gave up after 30 minutes, it's really complicated if you have a discussion where multiple people talk at the same time

2. Everywhere.

I don't need a transcript from anybody but a one line synopsis of the major point to tell me whether it's worth asking my husband to take the time to translate it for me.

Example: Subject: Funniest dog in the world (I would consider a video of a dog using the toilet hilarious, but having several dogs myself, most of their regular behaviors are funny enough) One line saying what the dog is doing or trying...eg; chihuahua learns to hula hoop...would be enough.

Or the dumb Miss SC...finally someone did post some of what she had to say but one simple example would have been enough for me to know if I wanted more.
