13. Yeah, it was 16 degrees this morning here in North Georgia
just northwest of Atlanta. And I am loving it also. Winter is my season. I hate any temperature above 70.

19. weather.com says 20, feels like... 9 !!!
9 is not a temperature... it is an age of a small child... or the rating of a pretty lady... NOT A TEMPERATURE!!!

My parents have bailed out on Boston -- they're in Tortola for the week -- 82 and sunny.

21. Lucky...
Up here on the tundra it's going to be warmer this weekend, though. It might even *gasp* rain! It was -8 overnight two nights ago.

This was taken December 19th. That patch of trees, on the right? It's an island. That snow my son is standing on? A lake!

Behind the island were a bunch of people ice fishing! :-)

27. What is really freaky...
is that right after Thanksgiving the temps plunged to early-February levels! That's why we were able to wander around on a frozen lake. It had been in single digits (or below) for like two weeks!

Having said that, 13 is quite cold for Massachusettes. I grew up in Fairfield County, CT, and it was rarely that cold!

Right now it's a whopping 25 degrees out!

Come, BiCenBaby, come to the tundra...
