Please help! Trying to find an obscure electronica song.

OK, it's not much to go on, but this is what I've got:

About 3 or 4 years ago, I heard a song on AccuRadio's Hiptronica that was called "Television." It had samples dialog from a few old tv shows, but the one show sample I remember is from I Love Lucy. The only original vocals are a male voice saying "T-T-Television!"

I think the artist's first or last name was Rod, because I keep thinking the name is something like Rod Stewart (but it isn't Rod Stewart, whose voice grates on me, and who would never do anything this hip). The first or last name might also be Ron or Rob.

I know this is really not much to go on, but I'm hoping someone in the Lounge will know what I'm talking about and help me get my hands on this song. As I said, I heard it twice 3 or 4 years ago, and I've been searching for it ever since. Any leads are greatly appreciated! :hi:
