I don't know why I'm feeling down, I just am. And then I watched part of "Sand and Sorrow" (a new documentary on Darfur) on HBO the other night and that sent me into a downward spiral of depression. Sheesh. Now I feel guilty for whining, since the only thing I have to worry about is if I'm going to be late for work. Not about what I'm going to eat, where I'm going to sleep, and if I'll be safe there from the Janjaweed.
