It is awesome, and our weather is "cold". (cold, meaning it is only going to get to 65 today - now I do not think that is cold at all, but people wear their ski parkas here for it).

21. Its one of my signature dishes ...
when I used to live at home my parents would buy the incredients so that I could cook it for the family. I am very particular about my sauce and I will not leave the sauce unattended.

Make sure you have it with Cream gravy. It is the best. I tried some of California's version and I was very displeased.

Then lobster claws stuffed with crab salad and a pommegranite vinaigrette, fried potatoes au gratin with chevre, then moving to cold rare slabs of roast beef marinated for 3 days in bearnaise, and profiteroles for dessert.
