I have the solution to both school safety AND Chinese lead problems!

Make kid-friendly, bulletproof vests!

Lead is a sturdy, solid substance for preventing bullets from entering children's tiny little bodies.

And they can be painted in really bright colors too!!!!!

And they can be made in China on the cheap, isn't that great!!
