I started August 1 but have been off for a week with the cold from hell. I am not looking forward to going back. When the alarm goes off at 5:15am I just need to hit the bricks before I reconsider.:thumbsup: Don't overdo it- You will have plenty of time to get back to the fitness level of the days or yore;)
I had to forget about what I used to do when I worked out for hours back in the day, before the children. Still depresses me but what are you going to do-

7.  I recently restarted after being a "gym-rat" in the 90's.
Unless you're still pretty young, take it easy, don't try to get it all back quickly; that's a sure fire recipe for getting hurt.

8. Make sure your arches are supported
And don't go wild on any Ab Crunch machine, it's easy to do and it'll hurt to cough for a couple days......

12. today, just try to be in motion for 20 to 30 minutes
and over time work your way up to more strenuous and exerting things.
