How is Vancouver this time of year?

So, I figure if ($DIETY forbid) Bush steals another four years in the White House, I may be looking at a new country of residence. I like Canada, because they speak English (which is similar to American, but sounds much more intelligent) and they're just so darn nice.

So how is Vancouver this time of year?

We (Mrs. V. and I) may discuss moving to Canada if the Federal Marriage Amendment -- god and all the saints and fates forbid -- passes.

About 45, cloudy with intermittent showers. The climate is very similar to Seattle's.

I'd like to emigrate, but we don't quite qualify - we miss it by a handful of points.
