Once again we will have a Fantasy Football league for all the Football loving Evil DUers out there. To join you need to go to the following link:

Once again we will do head-to-head competition with the playoffs being held the last 3 weeks of the season. We will be using an autodraft, so you need to pick your top selections for the draft and hope you get a good draft number. (this is automated by Yahoo, in fact if you don't make your list you'll just go with an automatic list created for you).

The max number of people who can join is 20 teams - can we get 20 players this year? Can FinnFann choke this year (he was the winner of last years tournament), only way to find out is to sign up and play!!!!

here are the terms as I propose them:

The winner will be determined as:

If both (or all three if we let Lyn in) make the playoffs, the team that advances the farthest is the winner.

If all teams lose in the same round of play, the tie breaker will be the regular season record.

If no teams make the playoffs, the team with more regular season victories is the winner.

If teams have an identical number of victories, head to head matchups will be the tie breaker.

The final tie breaker will the number of offensive points, followed by number of defensive points, followed by field goals.

how's that sounds? any additions, subtractions, suggestions?

I like taking individual ones, but that's just me. It does require more thought and lets face it, there's about 5-6 really good defenses out there worth having and the rest are questionable at best.

I kind of like the individual players. The only problem is keeping up with all of them.

if you do the team ones (not in a salary cap league) then epople get punished both for scheduling and for a bad draft. There really are only a couple of decent defenses, but some good defensive players on mediocre teams.
