Look at the movie and try to figure out what it is. Morehead State scientist said it is not the space station.

3. "not the space station" - well, no shit, sherlock.
But other than the scientists having to assure that dumbshit that it wasn't the space station, it's a weird video - and a mystery!

4. Whatever it is, it has long solar collectors or some type of antenna.

7. No mystery.
Look at those power/phone lines briefly visible in the daylight footage, and at the blurred line crossing the moon in the man's video. Looks to me as those he moved a bit during his filming, and one of those electrical thingies appeared to cross the moon.

9. Look on the bottom left of the moon. You can see that something
is causing the edge of the moon to be refracted. It could be a splice enclosure with a tail hanging out. The movement can be explained by how a telephoto lens speeds up the apparent movement of the moon.
