Damned stupid-ass neighbors..

I came home from the store today and saw the little 6 yr old next door crying her eyes out, and to a dog yelping in pain as she tried to pick him up..


they have these two little chihuahua-esque little dogs, but of course they couldn't be bothers to have one of them neutered, so they "hooked up" in the front yard..

The little girl is screaming at the top of her lungs.. "THEY'RE STUCK..THEY'RE STUCK"..and of course she's picking up the girl dog, and the little male is dangling there yelping like crazy..

I yelled at her to put them down and leave them alone..

She's now crying and the granddad is sitting there on the porch laughing at the whole thing..

I had to calm her down and explain to her what was happening..

Sheeez..

I later went over and told the mom that she might need to take the male to the vet, since he might have been injured..

her response.. "He's tough..he'll be ok"..

1. call animal control and make an abuse complaint -- it certainly fits.

Sounds like the perfect family to be raising puppies. :eyes:

they are not fit to raise guppies, let alone kids

or dogs.
