how frequently do you express/feel anger?

i always have a thin crust of irritation.

i never really was one to go on ragefests though.

plus, my bp spikes if i get too worked up nowadays.

I don't think. I often feel down or dissapointed when being angry would probably be more productive.

I work with some total assholes. So I keep a running document on the private drive in which I document everything that pisses me off, print it out at the end of the week and keep a copy -- maybe I'll never need it, but you never know.

I have nicknames for the most assholish of the coworkers that are, shall we say, less than flattering.

That said, there are many people in my company who are not complete assholes --- just not in my department. For some reason, I have been nicknamed by people who respect me as George Washington...not sure why because it has absolutely no similarity to my name.
