So, I have a job interview this afternoon.

I put in my two weeks' notice at my current job last week. It was time for a change, and I was tired of being treated worse than I deserved. Anyway, long story short, I have an interview this afternoon (August 30th). I have work in the morning, then I'm going to my parents' house to change into some nice clothes, and then I'll be lost.

All the good vibes you can muster would be greatly appreciated. I hate doing job searches, and I would love to have a new job waiting for me once my current job ends next week.

14. UPDATE!

So, I had the interview this afternoon. It went very, very well, and I'm feeling very optimistic right now. I even have a second interview lined up for Saturday morning, and I'm feeling very good about that one as well. I'll keep you all posted on these latest developments as they... develop.

I had to work myself out of a little funk when I found out their starting hiring rate we lass than I had heard, though it IS still more than what I'm making right now, and I'm getting by on what I make now just fine. So I'm feeling better now, and I'm really looking forward to the Saturday interview.
