I'm still here in Indiana. I think some American companies may finally be figuring out that American customers don't like calling customer service and getting somebody with a funny accent 10,000 miles away.

4. Took a lot of work.
Jobs aren't too plentiful around here. And I'll bet this is one of the few call centers left in this country.

The owners of a small mall near my home, at some time, got the idea of making part of the downstairs into a call center. They always seem to be able to find someone to use it without too much trouble.
